Note: If you want to order via email, make sure you mention all your requirements as well as queries at inquiry@marketstream.biz. Don’t forget to incorporate all your details, such as address (billing and delivery). Do mention your preferred payment mode.

If you are willing to make the payment by card, then the card should be in your name. Also, it’s important that you have the delivery address details if they seem different from your billing address.
